This was taken with color film and no digital manip whatsoever. I took this at 1/2000 shutter speed without a flash, which caused it's lack of color. I thought the effect was quite neat, I hope you think the same.
Note: I have many issues with this image. I think of it as more of a novelty than a proper artistic photograph. There is slight burn-out in the top right hand corner from the sun, and parts are a bit grainy. I just wish I could make this somehow more appealing...
Nice shot Like the perspective youve taken here very close to the ground and the winding water youve captured is really neat, the reflecting light off of it makes it even better. Nice one
theres a bit of a lensflair in the bottom left, but thats not too noticeable... dunno why im even really pointing it out as it doesnt detract in the slightest from the beauty of the overall picture. The light blurry spot in the upper middle kinda draws your eyes away from the water though.... but then again that may be my own eyes.
i love how you can see each of the tiny little pebbles in the sand sparkling like diamonds.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
